Well I'm not going that high C1 is going to be 150 PSI at most w/ PVC not metal. And KVINCEO, I'm not using CO2 with this cannon.
Could I use the hoses used to connect blowguns to sprinkler valves? I think they're pressure rated but I'm not sure.

air you loose from the pop-off is wasted, and with a pressure gauge you can go to higher pressures then previosly desired as the pop-off cant change its set pressure without you modding the spring.
and remeber to get a decent amount of air and pressure youll need a pretty big tank to lug around with ...

The Solution to CO2 (Possibly)
This idea hit me a little while ago.
Please give me your feedback.
EDIT: This is how it works: The ball valve is closed and the high-pressure chamber (C1) is pressurized using the Schrader valve. (Ideally this chamber would be made out of metal to withstand extremely high pressures, but it would ...

Mini Combustion Problems
My simple mini combustion isn't working properly. It consists of:
1 Film Canister as the chamber
1 Film Canister lid and pen tube (connected) as the barrel
2 Nails for spark jumping
1 Piezo for spark
The peizo is attached to the nails via wires and alligator clips (heat sinks).
