Last gun used the same design, same hose, didnt have any problems.

I'm familiar with the materials, it's not good practice.

Chamber fan is over kill because its an 83CFM fan, vs your typical 30cfm computer fan, this thing will literally remove chunks of flesh if you happen to touch a blade ...

Its a fixed 20psi regulator from a camping stove. Its so big because ive got so little PSI, but it was cheap, so im using it.

Darn, so the camping regulators done work? :( I am about to build my 1st propane meter and I was ready to use a salvaged one. Looks like I'm gonna have to buy a torch head.

you can use it, you can use it just fine. there's nothing wrong with it, you just have to have a much bigger propane meter ...

3" chamber to 2" reducer attach to that a couple inches of 2" pipe as a coupler, then a 2" ball valve. glue it all together and have the fastest venting you can get for $13, and 10 minutes worth of time.

right now it doesnt bother me. I turn the valve on, it fills quick, i shut the valves off, dump and fire. barely even have to look at the thing and i get a perfect mix. Im just worried about going to a bigger chamber soon and having to have this huge meter.

you know what...now that im thinking about it, i think i know what my problem is. I used a propane valve from a camp stove to connect to the tank, i bet that thing is regulated.
