Yeah you can at bunnings.... Go to wheel barrow section... Spare tyre $4.50... Cut the valve off... While your there, see if your closet store sells pressure pipe p/m. at $190, its a pretty penny for a hand pump, besides, what chamber can hold 3600 PSI??? if you could harness that much energy into a pnuematic you could put a marble through a house! nah i could buy a regulater here from bunnings for about $120 mabey cheaper at the engenering shop Funny you should mention bunnings.... Whilst at work yesterday I noticed a 1.1kg Soda stream bottle at the service desk.... ~SNAP!!~ Heavy as hell but rated 3500PSI... Some customer had left it there ...

If you happen to know the grade/tensile strength of the tubing, we can give you a fairly accurate calculation of its working/burst pressure. Using the wiki's yield strength for stainless steel I got a burst pressure of Over 9000 (!!!) psi for the 16mm stuff, but this seems kinda high compared to wh...

Thanks Nivekatoz, I can see how these would be nice... The inline crimp one's would also be good... The internal metal (crimp) sheath would add some great weight too..... ;)

G'day I have done the obvious searches, with no luck... So I was wondering.... Does anyone know if stainless steel tubing, has a minimum standard PSI rating? I ask this because today at work I found a hidden stash of old Stainless tubing.... It's cheap because it isn't a carried line anymore.... But...

You could also use wire nuts....You can get in bulk, and it is not that expencive.....Thats what I use....And it works good.............There cone shaped,it works really good....Im surprised nobody would think of it????
