Welcome to the forums. Just to let you know, there is a search feature that can come in handy. You can look up all kinds of debate on the safety of dwv, but as far as hairspray goes, most of us agree that it's fine for that. The extra primer shouldn't affect anything as far as i can think of. Check ...

Well, you apply primer & cement on the inside/outside of the end of the pipe right?

I put it inside and outside, instead of just the outside (I was tired :()

Wow! Lol, thnx for the really quick replys guys ...

I recently bought all the parts for my spud gun, only to realise after I primed & cemented it that it says DWV and has nothing I can see that says it has a PSI rating.
(The barrel says "DWV 65 PVCU LIC1010 AS/NZS 1260 SL13 (0) 070325 21:30")

It's a 1 meter 65mm barrel.. perfect to fit tennis ...
