Its a putty that is meant for repairing leaks in PVC. Not sure if it is rated for pressure. The guy at home depot told me it should work! :roll:

The problem was not my ability to find the pilot hole, it was finding a material strong enough to plug it.

Yeah, I filled it completely full and more. There was epoxy everywhere (yes, in my hair as well, not fun) I probably just should of left that d*mn solenoid in. But it was too late on the other valve because then it would have gotten in the way of my trigger.

Wow, very mixed answerers. I guess ill just take it from you guys. Ill just use a smaller HPA paint ball tank I own. But, this whole ordeal with cold PVC being brittle, sounds like a fun experiment because it seems as to one is sure. I am definitely going to test that. Should be fun. :D

It using a CO2 tank that dangerous?

My question is concerning how well PVC piping will hold up after it is filled with CO2 and fired multiple times. To my knowledge, PVC gets "brittle" when it gets too cold. But how brittle does it get? I am only planning on filling it up to 50-60 PSI each time. Can that potentially get dangerous? By ...
