Is it O.k. to use 1.5 inch DWV (NSF) pipe for a paintball grenade barrel? its only going to use a sabot for shooting them.(does it matter). Is it safe enough to use??

a propane tank is made to release it gas slowly. I dont know the effects of the stress from the fast escaping air

i would have to go with a high pressure cannon (be hard to get a right Fuel to air mix with hairspray) or use metered LP with a 10 gal LP tank!?

you just beat me to this! they are using what seems to be 5 10 gal tanks, hooked up to a pipe manifold with electric solenoid valves on each tank.

2x4 = 100 mph

I know many improvements can be made like a bigger manifold, QEV'S and bigger pipes

i wouldn't recommend a propane tank as an air source, because it is use to letting go of propane at a slow rate, this causes less stress than at a faster rate as with pressurizing a gun. propane tanks are not made for that amount of stress.
