how much psi will it hold safly??

i'd say about 10 shots but thats an estimate. Do you have access to a compressor to fil it up ?? if you not you could get a battery or 12volt bicycle pump to full it up with and then you could fill it up on the go to(just hook the punp to your car 12v outlet.)

mine does that to but ive just learned to ignore it. the weird thing is, is that it honks some times, like it does it after its been sitting a while but after it honks it the first time it quits until i store the cannon for a while

you could use a portable air compressor tank(the kind you fill up with an air compressor and tag along with you) there about60 bucks a walmart if thats what your talking about
