Another good way to get heat sinks is to rip apart on old TV or CRT screen. i only did it once just to see if there was anything usable inside, ended up with 8 or so different sized sinks. (was a TV btw a crt tv)

Define "high pressure applications" because i'll be lucky if i can produce 200psi.

I'm only asking because clear would be a bonus as i could use it for other things. :)

So other than epoxy there is nothing else to use? i rang up my local hardware shops today, one of them sells epoxy in a tub plus hardener for it but the guy i was talking to had no idea what it was for. I'll take a trip down there tomorrow when i have access to a car and take a picture of it. hopefu...

I'll have to have a look at what is available in my local hardware store.


Say i can't find any epoxy... or the right kind of epoxy, is there any other product or something i could use?

Well even if i do use a round tube (which i will be), i still have the same problem. what to do about the ends? :S



my current situation:

i'm still at school so im in constant lack of funds.

I own a bench grinder, vice, hammer, saw, drill and dremal, other then than no metal work tools.
