I know this is an old thread but does anyone know what the best lubricant is for use with a hot glue piston housed in a metal tee?

Just go to a scrap yard and pick up an old fridge compressor. That way it wont cost you anything apart from the few small things needed to change the outlet fittings to fit your gun.

If you get it for free (from a trash pile/ dump) then why does it matter. Give it a go and if it dosn't work try again. Why pay if you don't need to. If you really want to pay then just have a look on ebay. Although they look a lot more expensive on the US sites than UK. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/fr...

Great gun, especially for a 15 year old. I agree with pipeboyswe, paint it black, looks like it means buisness.

Ok so I have finally managed to drill through the valve - just decided to go for it! Anyway I have 2 questions. 1. From drilling it part of the valve has fallen into the cylinder and you can hear it rolling around. Will it be alright to just leave it in there? 2. If one of these fails does it shatte...

When I pushed the pin in the main valve some gas came out. It wont let me pull on the safty valve( the side one). It seems the gas is out but when I shake it it sounds like there is a tiny bit of somerthing left in.
