indeed it needs a lot more sanding.I was thinking I could galvanize the metal parts to prevent rust. I just need to find some time to finish it.

This airgun works very well at 40 bar, haven't tested it over 50 though.
Finland66 - why so much pressure ? what will you fire with it ?

i had a small rubber cilinder with a 5.95mm hole from a BB toy gun, wich i could use to stop the bb from rolling out, but i lost it and i`m not going to buy another toy for it :P, especialy if i wont use pvc BB`s

MRR, what do you fire with that thing ? I use 6mm rollbearing BB”s and at the base of the of the loader i put a very strong magnet that pulls and keeps the bb in position in the barrel. the loader has a aprox. 10 BB capacity. if i use pvs BB”s (airsoft) I have to load 1 by 1 manualy after each shot....

for now the air source is a 1 litre freon tube (50 bar resistant) that I filled with compressed air using a refrigerator motor (compressor). in the near future i will connect my gun to a 2 litre co2 tube(wich i have trouble filling because it's to small and it's difficult to fill ) http://s4.postima...
