You can notice a couple of misfires between the second and third burst bouncing on the floor, must be when the pressure drops, but not enough to stop firing.

Go to my first post, Ammo is 1/4" steel ball bearings. I thought about a spring, and it would look neater if the magazine tube was underneath, but I couldn't find any suitable springs and the spring would take up ammo space, so I let Lady Gravity do the work with a little air assistance. My aim was ...

I think I would need a proper meter to measure velocity, I tried to video it with my regular camera but it is just a blur. The 'detent' for the balls is just a magnet, it's not in the first photo as I hadn't glued it on yet. this is how it works. http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a425/farcticox/Ai...

I just have a 100psi portable compressor, what pressure can a paintball tank hold? I have a 12v 250psi compressor so I could pump one up. The pressure washer gun is rated at 300 so it would take it.

Yes, just a standard pressure washer gun, I got 3 of them out of the rubbish bin at work, they have a 1/4"' pipe thread in the end. Perfect for pneumatic triggers.

I made the countertop aswell out of pineboard.

And a full auto version

This is what the full auto looked like when it was first assembled for testing. There is a small magnet on the bottom of the T fitting to keep the stack of balls in position ready, as the trigger is pulled the first ball leaves the stack and gravity drops the stack ready for the next shot, fully aut...
