Truely offtopic, but i made few lathe-blades today for my axis-drill. Worked quite good, didn't take long to make o-ring groove to a piece of bohler 460 (1.3% carbon, 0.7% vanadium) i made them from O1 toolsteel and 52100 ballbearing steel, the ball bearing one cutted brass like a charm, didn't try...

Get an m120 spring and shim your gears, your gun can easily handle it.

You need new gears, piston, tappet plate, Cylinder head, piston head, motor, wiring, lipoly battery and charger. All together, this should cost just under 200 if you get decent parts.

Hey, 500-600 fps is not that much higher than what I play against. I usually end up playing against 400-575fps... Not fun when you don't have a huge load out to protect skin... That doesn't even sound safe, do you at least set minimum engagement distances? And I don't wear a huge loadout when I pla...

The solution would be to shoot them again, or aim for bare skin, not increase fps levels. Also I do hope where you are playing is on land owned by you, or owned by someone who has given you permission to play there and it isnt near other property, or people for that matter.

Well for starters I am an airsoft fanatic as well and A&K is a brand that closely steals Tokyo Mauri and evike designs. If I were you I would go to an airsofting place close by and find a motor. I recommend airsoft megastore. Also for that gun you really need a lazer and a very cheap red dot. Hmm, ...

Those bugs are scary and all, but we have giant horse and deerflies here in Virginia, they grow up to 3 inches long and fly around in huge blood sucking clouds.

Btw Gun Freak, might that be one of these?

Gun Freak, this mag cost me $20, $30 including shipping. I don't exactly want to screw it up until the fill valve breaks. I've tapped all of my mags in my Tanaka m700, and they cost 90 bucks a piece. If you don't want to tap it, then just buy some green gas online. Also Gun freak, He has a NBB pist...

Get a nice Cross slide table and a cam lock vise, it will make your life so much easier when trying to position things to drill multiple holes.

If I get time I'll probably heat the pressure chamber in some hot coals until it is red hot and harden it. Unless the shop sells already hardened steel for cheap then I'll get that. Hardened steel might actually be too hard for the lathe to cut. Why would you heat treat a pressure chamber? You're n...
