I personally went with a more minimalist setup, mainly because I was using spare parts http://i906.photobucket.com/albums/ac269/mpm14/4C4CAB20-B041-45F0-B92C-4A9B99463DBD-17368-000011546CB2E718.jpg http://i906.photobucket.com/albums/ac269/mpm14/E0AF6805-1092-49CC-A975-23AB105A39EF-17368-000011547C27...

I love the pilot setup and stock, I don't have the craftsmanship to make the stock, so I just copied your pilot system

The epoxy's drying in my 1/8" nipple connecting the blowgun handle, so if my tests tomorrow workout, I'll post some pics here

I'd strongly recommend taking up any projects like this that you can, minimal work, maximum pay-off :D

Recently spent over 100$ on pipe fittings, but not for spudguns... http://i906.photobucket.com/albums/ac269/mpm14/4BF93753-5DEE-4D59-BB4D-E8204382E4D0-14561-00000EC97BC9FED7.jpg Actually one of my many recent projects with plumbing pipe that's not plumbing or spudgun related. Apparently this look is...

Do you need this cast to hold pressure? Or is it just aesthetic? I've personally done an inch and half thick pour, but I used about a gallon of the stuff I was using. Just make sure you use the recommend ratio of the casting compound you use, and mix it slowly for a bubble-less, clear cast

Despite the performance flaws, that thing looks awesome!

I've actually been looking towards a similar project myself, but I was planning to just get a reciever milled to fit on my crosman 2240 that can accommodate darts

Are there any rules that say you have to use a 1x combustion for this competition? If not, even converting that monster to a 2x hybrid would blow the competition out of the water and get rid of the need for a rifled barrel to gain an edge.

It probably doesn't need an entire forum, maybe just a topic. Backstops and targets can only be so innovative

How well does the flare gun trigger work for you? I'm thinking of ordering one to use to trigger my valve with un-regulated co2

Remote-Fired Air Gun

I ordered one of those cheap 12v remote circuits off of amazon a while ago (~12$ shipped IIRC) and just got around to trying it out. These things are extremely simple to setup, and I will definitely buy another one for another more serious project in the near future The cannon itself is pretty simpl...

Here's a pretty simple setup that could easily carry a BBMG setup, kind of expensive, but it's a "just add weapons" sort of setup

Can that regulator you linked handle unregulated co2?

The palmers female stabilizer is an excellent choice, I have two and they both work great. Besides that, all you'll really need is some high pressure hose to connect it to your gun and a ball valve to fill with

This one's less made for ejection and reuse, but rather, it's intended to be destroyed then recycled

That's the basic idea, but mine is manually cycled and manually loaded, so way less complicated I suppose
