the sleeve thing has been done a few times before. so, as i said, don't reinvent the wheel. i make it a point not to contradict myself. so far i'm still doing a great job. reread my last post then you'll understand. i only agreed with the first 2 sentences. and thanks for drawing it out. u saved me ...

i agree with SEAKING9006's first 2 sentences (he's on his own with the rest.) don't reinvent the wheel and most of all don't hurt your brain over it. qwerty also has a great point. connect a sleeve mech to the pump action mech. every time u pump it will load the breach then seal it back up again. i'...

i've seen this before. some kid used a co2 tire inflater, a bb/pressure chamber, and a small o-ring at the base of the barrel. i'm pretty sure the kid reduced the flow for a lower ROF.

this is how i want to go about it. it's a quick mock up of an idea. it uses a piston valve that moves the barrel which seals it and moves the slide which resets the hammer. the pressure source can be whatever you want. i prefer propane. I've thought of plenty of ways to build a pistol but this is th...

while working at home depot i got frost burn all over both hands when a propane tank from a forklift sprung a crazy leak (some idiot didn't screw it on right and i was idiot enough to trust him). it was spitting out a lot of liquid which quickly vaporized. i had to be the hero and stick my hands in ...

yeah, that is much simpler. still the standard hop-up doesn't give enough spin for it to curve at a useful distance. some sort of modded hop-up will be needed.

wow, when did this become grammar class? i throw a lot of shorthand in my messeges. so grammar is not a big deal. and i misspell half the words i type. i'm pretty sure we all knew wat he meant. lets get back to blowing things up and crazy cannon valves.

to me the issue of an air tight seal is one of safety. if the coax, hoses, etc can't hold it's pressure then it's not safe nor a very good cannon in the first place. unless ur cool with leaks and wasted gas. for storage purposes a shut-off between the source and the coax would be installed. u don't ...

40mm combustion cartridge 6pack launcher for airsoft. i can't find anything that will fit in the tubes perfect enough so i might make the cartridges out of rolled paper. hopefully i'll actually start on it so i can show it off on the forum.

yeah, cuz that first shot of every bust will be too strong and leave the pop-off open a little longer than the rest of the burst. a regulator and pop-off would need to be equalized to each other. but that only if ur a neurotic perfectionist like me (i don't step on crack and everything is a pattern(...
