Alright. I will buy the pipe at work tomorrow and git it fixed soon.
Thanks,
Marcus

use primer AND glue and you will be good. just prime the bushing a bunch before sliding the barrel into it then glue it in. screws would not be nessesary if you glue it right. remember primer is supposed to still be wet when glue is applyied This is were I have an issue by the time i slide the barr...

Thanks, I have decided to go with just 1 3" end cap turned around with 2 O ring grooves to seal it. this will probaly move my barrel in about 5" witch is a big plus for me and take 2/3rds of the weight off. I played with GGDT and there was little to no effect with the reduced weight but I think it m...

Thanks for the quick replies. But now this is the last of my problems. My cat knocked the gun off the couch and cracked it were the barrel is glued to the bushing. When I pressurized it next the barrel broke free and shot out of the chamber. :? Now the bushing is fine But I am going to replace the b...

how heavy is too heavy? Edit New problem
I am building my first piston cannon. It is a coaxil with 4" SCH40 chamber 5' long and 2" SCH40 6' long barrel. I will be piloting it with a modded 1" rain bird sprinkler valve. My biggest question is on the piston, it is 2 3" end caps sanded down to fit as tight as I could with very low friction. i...

Just in case you didn't know spudfarm wan'ts you to put the sparkgap at the end of the pipe. I was only planning a spark plug on one side. I want to try 30X because I don't want to take my compresser past 500 psi. If I dont have any luck I have some 10 foot sticks of 3/4" with any luck I can get DD...

I am done with the projects I had this summer and now i'm back. I have built a very secessful Hybrid with a 32 ounce CO2 paintball tank and a 1/2" union. Any way back to the subject I was reading some old topics about the failing of Black iron pipe and fittings. I have a piece of 4 foot 1" sch 40 Se...

The point is not to get energy out of the water or hydrogen. The burning of the hydrogen is supposed to increase the efficiency of the gasoline that is burning. I help people build these at work almost every day now And have looked in to it my self. I have built several large Electrolysis separators...

Ideas
I have had a few ideas since I started the site and since I won't be able to work on them for a wile I would like to share. high pressure pneumatic. my idea is a valveless design using the ammo to seal in the barrel and in the back so no pressure can push it out. I know this is not a new idea. Howev...

My wife is also expecting a new lift on her Jeep so I will be very busy. I will drop by almost every d...

I've grown potatos before and they are a pain in the petunia. You'll want to plant them in mounds or mounded up rows. And unless you grow just a small amount of them, you'll want a motorized implement that can turn soil. Otherwise, you'll be hoeing them out of the ground from a 8" to 12" depth....g...

 the idea made me laugh I mean if you want to sure youy could but potatoes are so cheap that Im fine buying them I like doing things the hard way, and this way I can tell my customers how to grow them. Plus I will have first experience with them. I just don't think I will say what I use them f...

I wouldn't do it. Car tires are designed with the notion that you were to put regular compressed air in there. Putting Co2 could definetly mess something up. Sure the offroaders might use it, but have you ever stopped to think maybe they're using a tire that WAS designed for usage of Co2? I have be...
