truely awsum, a simple tip that will make golf balls way more accurit- use longer tail, and build some kinda nose cone, maby out of bondo, auto body putty, you can mold the ball rite into it, or maby just make a cone shaped jig to the barrel bore size a make your ammo just out of bondo, i fly a lot ...

I would imagain that the flow restriction, even with the 1/8" hole, is at the ball valve. As such, the 1/8" hole is probably benificial, generating higher propane introduction velocities... which probably would lead to better initial fuel mixage. off the top of my head, less bends in your over all design, quicker release valves, smoother bores in the barrel, position your pressure/air inlet port directly in front of the ammo chamber, be carefull there because putting the ammo in to the air/pressure inlet port can cause bursting/back fireing ...
