Re: Semiauto Nerf Rival with no moving parts.

There is a loading gate which is not a tight fit so it lets out enough air to keep the balls pushed up, it fires really good at 100psi.

Re: Semiauto Nerf Rival with no moving parts.

This system worked perfectly for me, which is what makes 25 bb's of lead rise, caliber .22 in my replica of MAC 11. https://www.spudfiles.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=26856I used a small flow regulator to regulate the amount of air that rises through the tube that it keeps ammunition. What I don't like...

Semiauto Nerf Rival with no moving parts.

Testing an idea I had for a semiauto tube fed gravity feed and it seems to work, air goes up into the magazine and pushes the balls back up the tube because of a small amount of air bleeding out of the top of the tube, when the pressure builds up enough the front ball pops out like a cork as there i...

40mm is a pretty odd size here in the US but it'd be somewhat similar. Definitely a bit smaller.
40mm is the diameter of choice https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/40_mm_grenade

What do you mean by buying an air tank and punching holes through it? Making a PVC cannon this large makes me especially uncomfortable.

Re: Spring powered Nerf blaster

The airsoft barrel slides inside the Nerf barrel and clamps at the front, changed the front grip and the charge handle again. Orange muzzle.

Re: Spring powered Nerf pistol

Final version with onboard storage, barrel cut down and moved to end of piston, spring cocking from the rear, fires half length Xshot darts at 100fps, much fun indoors :D

Re: Spring powered Nerf blaster

Tried that with a smaller version and there was too much twisting torque on the handle to get a smooth operation, would need some linear bearings like this one.

Re: Spring powered Nerf blaster

With some lube this is now shooting at 160fps, full length darts will also fit.
