[IDK what zues is talking about with SIEG machines being bad.] The x2 mill is .001" tolerance capable. Milling tables in general are made to bolt a variety of items atop them. Vises, work pieces, etc. It will cut plastic, aluminum, and steel. My only complaint is the the Y axis is lacking, consider...

I should take pictures to prove I have in fact tried out several different systems. I've tried the flap check valve, and it didn't work. I did a lot of searching to find someone who has done it, because I know people have, but can't find anything. Pictured below: Was thinking it might be necessary t...

What kind of a check valve are you using? No check valve. The "multiple cartridge fill valve" seal each chamber at the same time. So the drip lines from every cartridge are part of the chamber. The hole from chamber to drip line would be so small the energy would hopefully be dampened. Here's a tho...

I've already built the cartridge. Cross section below.

Zues:
Good to hear! Guessed that they would handle hybrid pre-mix since they have a small diameter, but I was still unsure.

Did you use the drip fittings?
Does the hose have to be clamped to the barb?
Did you epoxy them in?

Fueling multiple chambers without need for valve on each one

I'm working on a belt fed hybrid, and up to now I planned a spool valve on each cartridge to fill them. That is a lot of work/o-rings/fittings/cost so this is my solution:

Side note:
Would 5 minute epoxy hold these poly, drip line, fittings to pvc?

I've had high readings shooting too closely to the chrono. As in the muzzle an inch before the first gate.

At the forefront drugs are illegal, and resources are allotted for this task of enforcing it. Efficiency is a natural, and favored. According to the video 82% of Americans want drugs to remain illegal. With that I'd bring up the wisdom of the crowd . [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOucwX7Z1...

Interested about the talk of a automated detection system for marijuana. Hands down would reduce drug usage. Something that should be fast tracked as it is a leap in efficiency versus status quo ho hum. Hyperspectral imaging: [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DI-SkmuhAc4&feature=player_embedde...

On paper, yes. In the shop, a bit harder. The reason I say that is in the shop I have spent countless hours messing with o-ring seals. I have a lathe, and can still be a pain. If you have to use o-rings I suggest using a floating o-ring . Even though frustrating I do enjoy the stubborn route. If you...

25.6 inch height difference = .925 psi propane
15 psi air

Hail to the potato launcher god(s)! It works every time!

Also made a projectile out of 3/4" pipe. Gnarley looking, but cheap.

What do you think about having a tank full of air fuel mix and using it to fill the hybrid ?? I would fire it remotely, and that isn't as fun.
