A regulator would be needed as a QEV can't withstand un-regulated CO2 and a 1/2 QEV would be fine but 1/4 would be more practical for what you need.

A bit like this? QEV and a slide valve with a 20 oz air tank will easily get you 10 good shots.

I get about 4-5 good shots with .22 pellets at around 200 psi.

Nice. Looks really good. Was that actually made in '06 or not?
(by the way ignore the date on the pictures in the video, my camera died the other day and it's very confused)
Anyway, looks pretty cool :)

Mhm, it is :) Suprisingly light too. I might make a blow-forward bolt today for BBs as with pellets the performance isn't that great because of the small chamber and low pressures.

Thanks, the trigger is quite hard to pull but i don't mind, It needs to be quite tough for the slide to return fast enough and avoid air loss.

Shouldn't have the ";" memes don't have grammar! :D

Just epoxied the copper stock/air tank for the semi auto. It should dry overnight then i'll glue the main and small tank onto the QEV and slide valve, hope i don't get any leaks!

Yeah, i've read a lot of that.
Not sure whether to have bolt action or semi-auto now. I'm leaning towards bolt action for the ergonomics and aesthetics.
