Re: Blow forward AEG nozzle... Why it didn't take on?

How does a Non blow back work? Is that like the trigger pulls nozzle loads bb Seats bb. And somehow blocks air input and releases chamber?. More or less, it depends on the model. On my Marui MK23 the trigger pushes a nozzle forward that strips a BB from the magazine and least it in the barrel, whil...

The turner made the blue part for me on the machine
Very cool!

I think it is time for you to get your own machine and become a "turner" yourself ;)

Re: "Sabotless" Semi-Automatic Shotgun Concept

I was having a bit of a think about this idea and it seems it could be greatly simplified and also made more efficient:

The piston itself becomes the hammer that opens an inline balanced valve.

The question "what is the best tank?" as a way of examining engineering stereotypes

I found this quite interesting:

The Tank Museum's channel in general is worth looking through, a lot of illuminating material that is very well presented.

Re: "Sabotless" Semi-Automatic Shotgun Concept

The trigger you actually draw is the initiator of the recharge of the repeat hybrid. It is the mechanical locking of the piston, which allows it to move to the right, by the action of the spring, and then, to the left by the action of compressed air. To fire, the trigger is the piezoelectric. What ...

Re: Small semi automatic hybrid project

The credit is all yours for taking the time to understand the concept, find a way to implement it and, most important, actually do it! As you say, ideas alone don't make holes ;) I am just happy to have been a part of this forum long enough to see the dream of the hybrid repeater become a reality.

Re: Regulating ROF in a BBMG with constant air flow (solution)

Image doesn't seem to be working.

Here is something along similar lines I had worked on: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=23240

Feed was not very reliable on the prototype I had made but the basic idea worked:

Re: Autonomous pistol .22

Another beauty, nice work! I love the simplicity of the resetable valve. Did you check at what pressure it will "pop"? The gun was literally silent! This is one interesting elements of hybrids vs pneumatics, the heat generated by combustion is a significant contributor to the pressure, and therefore...

Re: Autonomous pistol .22

As brilliant as the "captive ball" is in terms of simplicity, I feel that there must be some significant power loss overcoming the o-ring friction, even if the ball bouncing back is not an issue. My impression is that a stepped piston will ultimately give the best performance: https://i.imgur.com/lE...

Re: shut-off valve suppressor

I've been revisiting this idea in my head lately, maybe pistons would work as suggested earlier where a loose ball was less than ideal: https://i.imgur.com/0VVikt2.gif Not shown are the return springs keeping the pistons in the "rest" position, as well as some sort of flow control screw in the porti...
