Auto Gas Design
Hello everyone, new member here and I'm getting back into air rifles. Here's a system I am working on for airsoft(6mm) and I believe it will work properly but if anyone has any doubts or questions I'm all ears. I'm also working on a semi and a bolt system as well. Re: "Offtopic-posts-topic" NSFW
I don't know about you but no amount of fancy ARs or AKs, custom built or exotic auction win will ever seem to replace the feeling you get after completing a big "spud" launcher and firing it off for the first time. I've even had the honor to shoot .50 BMGs out here in Colorado at truly long ranges...

Spud gun disguised as classic artillery
I am attempting to build spud cannons that closely resemble historic field artillery and naval deck guns circa 1860 - 1940. My first attempt is a British 12 pounder as built by The Elswick Ordnance Works in 1891. I am so far happy with the looks, but she will not fire. I have tried a variety of aero...

Re: Spud gun disguised as classic artillery
Gaseous fuels are usually pretty picky on the ratio being correct. For propane the combustion limits is about 3% to about 8% propane to air by volume. Outside that range the fuel-air wont ignite regardless of your ignition source. A meter pipe is perhaps the most elegant approach but overly complica...

Semi-automatic airsoft gun, very simple
Playing with a syringe, a small spring a 5/2 and a bb of 6mm, plus a couple of hours in the afternoon. The result is not impressive but yes, very fun to do and shoot. Shoot with 80 psi :bounce:

Re: Semi-automatic airsoft gun, very simple
It is a common valve, of which they have for one side the two escapes and the supply of compressed air, and for the opposite side, the two exits. Too bad that support low pressure, up to 120 psi, but it is enough for this application. I need an exterior fairing with the look of a modern weapon, made...

It was more or less like that, like in the drawing.

Hybrid pumped weapon project

Re: Hybrid pumped weapon project
Very clean work, nice "proper" evolution after all that prototyping... I like the markings too, although perhaps it's more of a Fuerza Aerea (+Butanea) Argentina sort of equipment :D Hi Jack!! Oh yes, I'm going to change the brand as you suggest :) . Thank you for viewing my work. A greeting for you!

Re: tennis ball gun for my dog
Come on man. That's not what he meant and you know it. He said "tennis ball gun for my dog", so clearly what he's looking for is a gun made out of tennis balls that he will launch his dog from.
