I bought a 150,000v stungun for my ignition in my new cannon(propane metered)for $60.I could have got it cheaper but I didn't have a choice at teh...

I would be leaning toward PVC as well, solid or cell core, doesn't really matter in combustions due to the low pressure. I've always preferred PVC...

Well you can start off by using all pvc or abs parts instead of using a airhockey thing for a cap. Then you can hook up a bbq igniter to two screws...
