i was think ing that too ill try to get in touch with him but i was thinking that might be a little too much trouble i was going to try to lube it. a ton a round the edge and let it sit over night so the lube would set in.

If you want to make it bolt action, wont you have to be able to get the ammo through the SDR21 as well? You could make the bolt out of a tee and mount the barrel to the tee?

I wouldn't put penatrating oil on it.

no i would have the barrel slide out the end of the 80 so i would need to grease it any way like a normal bolt. also the lube would go down the mini rim around the sdr.

Forgot before i lube it is there any kind of grease that can hurt the pvc
This is my first time wrking with golf ball barrels as you can see

edit: if this doesnt work ill use my ball valve loader experiment that i did for pete

I think BC sells bolt loading golf ball barrels, why don't you just get one of those?

You could also drill and tap a hole through both, just don't screw it into the bore.

Aside from heating the PVC somehow, or using a hydraulic ram of some sort, that SDR 21 is going to be very difficult to get out. Why don't you make the Bolt action separate, and attach to the barrel? You will need to bevel the inside of the barrel breach to a nice taper, and attach the tee. Then use your router to cut the groove. You then need to bevel the inside of the tee and any intersecting barrel so the bolt handle can move freely. Make sure the bolt doesn't pull too far back, you you may double load, or have all your ammo simply roll out when you pull back.

Other members say use KY Jelly, or other water based lubes.

ok so the sdr21 was already sleeved with the sch 80 right and you cant get it out
just make your bolt action like you were gonna gut into the sch 80 and make your bolt realease a bit longer to take into account the thickness of the sch 80, as far as connecting it to the sprinkler valve you're gonna have to bolt the barrel to the PVC connectors
Yea, that's definitely going to get you at least a tazer.

Yeah, but you would need to free up that SDR 21, which is a bit tough.

Not sure what you mean on the mud, they were wiped down with isopropanol before I wrapped 'em :?
