There are not all that many light plastic containers for sabots in 2 in ID.
Just pointing this out. Sorry a new guy has to point this out to you.

I think Benstern knows what he is talking about.

It says OD and wall thickness, that's enough. I'd say both are correct, because pipes are different thicknesses according to brand, schedule, etc.
