Hey everyone,
I just built my combustible first spud cannon (not my first spud cannon in total though) except I have one problem. I can't find the lantern Sparker. I live in Eastern Ontario and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that sold this specific one (http://www.spudfiles.com/spud_wiki/inde ... rn_sparker) or one thats just as good. I did buy one from Home Hardware and it uses more of an electric shock, but it's far to weak. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks a lot in advance

Most hardware stores I have seen have them, If you can't find one then use a BBQ igniter.

Yeah we have Walmarts in Canada and I actually just went by one tonight but they didn't have anything. Does anyone have another idea?

im in the same area .. well if eastern ontario is toronto...well nvm i guess thats south ._. anyways... im also looking for lantern lighter and i was thinking of checking out outdoor sports world. it might be quite far for you but in the GTA theres Vaughan Mills that has a HUGE store. It has a lot of camping stuff so im guessing they might have it. Do you buy all you spud gun parts from home depot?

OK, word from the wise. Dont use lantern sparkers!!!! You either have to refill them, the outside brass tube breaks, they twist loose in the gun, get gummed up, get wet and wont spark, etc. They suck period. Get a BBQ ignitor and actually get to enjoy your first combustible. Spud
