Well I got some new stuff today--- small syringes I know. They had bottles, but the bottles were only 5 minute set, and 1,500 PSI strength so I got this stuff.

Hopefully this stuff flows much better.

I have used that on many of my guns, its thick, but I managed to cast a piston and seal barrels on pen guns.
That is all.

what you have is a very nice strong epoxy, i use it often. if i realy want it to flow i heat the tubes up in very hot water and the epoxy becomes close to the consistancy of water

Awesome thanks.

Good to know as I'll be casting some syringes inside some pipe later on.

that stuff will be perfect for internal parts. I'm starting to turn to the real low viscosity marine epoxy (bote cote) for the purposes of making realistic looking gun shells. I use modelling clay to make a male mold, then press the shape into more clay to make the female mould.

So c11man, you heat up the tubes before mixing them together?

1st off even if you could find enough air storage to get you that deep the pressure would crush you to the size of a single cell organism. 2ndly you would never find the entrance, it pops up in random locations of jsr's choosing.
Bahahahaha!!! That made my day!!! Let us know about your results! I'd be curious to see how that stuff preforms...or did you return it already?

i always put my epoxied items on top of my wood heater or next to my oil heater for a number of hours. increases bond strength and decreases set time.
