Prep a "T" Shirt?

Anyone know the proper way to prep a "T" shirt to be shot 100 + feet?

I've seen them shot before but was curious how to make a good projectile out of a shirt.

One that won't take someone's head off.

If you want to shoot far, wrap t-shirt with rubber bands tightly. I guess if you dont want to kill some one just pack tightly then once it exits barrel the air will "catch" it and then open it up. I assume because your planning on shooting in to a crowd? If so. why not arc the shot at a low pressure? If you can, please more of what you want to accomplish...

I'm gonna build (tentatively) a 2" barrel 30" long Co2 cannon.

Will mount it in the back of the truck with a bulk Co2 tank and shoot "T" shrts into the stands at sporting events.

Will have to build it really safe. ALuminum gun components. The drag strip will be where it will be used most of the time.

Shoot 50 or more shirts a day.

Need an economocal method of prepping the shirts. They will need to fly 100+ feet and not come apart.

I have a complete machine shop so I will be able to make a really cool cannon.

just roll em up and put a couple strips of packaging tape around em to hold them
