Need 6mm ID Aluminium tube

Gday guys,Ive been googling like hell to source any 6mm ID Aluminium Tube but having no luck!!.
Im trying to finish off my Semi Auto 6mm BB Gun,I have a 10mm OD x 6mm ID Stainless Barrel I got years ago but its bent in two places so no good.Tried to thread the end of it to screw into my BB Feeder Block but made the tube worse as its so hard to thread.
Im looking for aluminium tube with 6mm ID and preferably 10mm OD, as I want to thread the end of it,i'm in Australia and nothing here like it so will have to be ordered from overseas.
closest I found was this in the U.K with 9mm OD but length of only 330mm
plus they are out of stock.

Could you shim the pipe, 6mm ID brass should be at a hobby shop or Toyworld etc. It could be covered with any 10mm OD tubing you can find.
Otherwise I'm afraid I can't help, I've got the same problem, except I'm going in the far opposite direction.

how long do you need it? there are some arrows you can get that are like 6mm id and just epoxy it into a peace of 10mm pipe.

Yeah, Ebay or another massive online seller is probably your best bet.
try searching for multiple different materials to see which one is both cheapest it will take a while on a big online seller but the chances are that by the end
( I have spent multiple hours searching for the best materials for my guns

) you will have something that is both cheap and ideal.

Would hate to see the carbon fibre fail under pressure though.
I wonder what pressure they would withstand.
Those tiny shards are quite painful.
I'd be happier if it was wrapped, instead of just pultruded.

Keep in mind that arrow shafts that have carbon fiber construction can be had in three variations.
All carbon fiber, carbon fiber with aluminum core and carbon fiber with aluminum jacket.
Check with your local Archery Shop and ask for some cutoff sample pieces.
They always have cutoffs due to different archers draw length.

What you could do is get the carbon fibre rod and then buy a 10mm OD aluminum pipe and then wrap the carbon fibre in tape, only 2 inches from the ends and in the middle but make sure you put enough tape on the fibre rod so it fits nice in the aluminum pipe then epoxy the ends so the fibre rod dosent move and there you have a 6mm barrel that is 10 OD.

McMaster carries .24" ID Aluminium tubing, which only leaves you with a discrepancy of .004"

they wont deliver to Australia, maybe some can organize with django and sent it from the USA

Unfortunately it's hit or miss in terms of ID. What I used on the ghetto hybrid was fairly close to 6mm.

Taking into account that you said you wanted to thread the end, which suppose you need some thickness in the tube wall you'll use to thread it, this would be my way with two tubes you could find, whatever their wall thickness.
With a drill press and a file you could do this simple shape.
Blue piece could be brass (easier to thread) or aluminum. If you manage to find a brass bolt of the proper thread and diameter, you could even just center drill the bolt to the OD 6mm tube then epoxy it inside the ID 10mm tube.
