i was working on my cannon today and looked at the pipe and it clearly said " nsf-pw SCH40 pvc 280psi @ 73 degrees" then, about a foot down the pipe it said "nsf-dwv SCH40 DWV.
can anyone explain this? it is pressure rated, but it said it was both nsf-pw AND DWV. its all one pipe, no adapters or fittings between where it says both nsf-pw and dwv. it looks and feels like normal pvc.
i have shot this cannon many times without any problems, i was just wondering why it said that.
i got some weird pipe....

O ok. Well when it says DWV on the side, that means that it is approved by code to be used a a drain, waste and vent system in homes and buildings and things. It doesnt mean that it is cell core, solid wall things like that.
