Nice to meet you Scottcrete. Question, Has anybody told you about www.theopia.com yet? It's PCGUY's other site, just for misfits like us. If I remember correctly you can now use your Spudfiles login information to log in over there, be sure to introduce yourself, it's the perfect place for things like this. Look forward to seeing you there.

I agree with jrrdw.

Some of your posts are irrelavent to spudding and should go to theopia.
Otherwise, good job on the vids

Bump keys are neat! While I was away from the forums for 4 months I was into lockpicking, making picks, tools and bump keys.. Nice vids.

Once again as a practicing professional locksmith I must say, don't get caught carrying bump keys/lock picks/slimjims or any version of them you can be blamed for any local non-forced burglary.

You must be a bonified locksmith, working for a locksmith or car dealership. If it's a car dealership, don't leave the lot with them unless it's a slimjim in a tow truck. Even the tow truck can get you looked at in a bad way.

I've recently been investigated by the police with the customer rite beside me, we both had to show are drivers liscenses, I had to show my locksmith ID. (it's been expired since 2004 and he gave my hell about it)!

but doing this to your own locks.. is allowed..just not allowed to pick other peoples locks
owning a spud gun is allowed.. just not allowed to shoot people with it.

yea man friend.. this works on any lock this key you just made fits in.. basically.. the lock tubler pattern. is the same on each key.. just at differtent depths.. i made one for my apartment using an old house key of mine.. and then my next door neighbor wanted me to see if i could get in his apartment with it.. and i did in like 2 seconds.. which means.. my key i made fits over 200 apartments.. lol

not thast i would do anything bad.. just saying..
