i cannot find perspex anywhere i have gone to many hardware stores, glass shops. nothing on ebay australia, i never imagined it would be so hard to find im thinking im going to to have to melt plastic to make it, i need it to be an inch thick x 1.5 inches high x 6 inches long, when i was looking i just wanted perspex because i could have glued sheet together to get my desired length and thickness. where do you all buy it from? particuly australians, because im an aussie and i live in victoria and no bunning doesnt have it.

I can't say I've ever heard Plexiglas called "perspex" before (I'm assuming that is what you're talking about) Here in the US we can buy it from most home improvement stores. I use a product call polycrabonate it's much stronger than Plexiglas, but I have to buy it online or from specialty plastic stores.

I don't know I guess that's up to you. But I'm on 2 years of probation for that kind of thing.

Its not illegal unless you get caught

CarlBelcher, one bit of advice for the future: Run high, Jump fast!

They most likely have it your just not looking hard enough and more likely youve been searching for it under the wrong name.
