Hello everyone.
Our automated tooling relies on an electric linear actuator (https://www.oyostepper.es/category-194- ... trico.html) for segmented, fixed-point locking. Drive parameters and power supply voltage are consistent throughout the entire process.
Under the same load, the static holding force at different points of travel is uneven. The locking is secure in the middle travel segment, but slight slippage easily occurs at the two end points.
The hardware assembly is secure, and the controller program has been repeatedly verified to be correct. I would like to ask about the adjustment approach for the lead screw preload and the control holding voltage.
Thank you in advance for all your help and guidance.
