The one I have was recommended to me by a professional, so I would do that one. He's a Squier P-Bass. But it really depends on what kind of music you're gonna be playing. The P-Bass is really good for Jazz and Funk, and I learned to slap/pop on it, so it's pretty much all around. But if you look to upgrade soon, make sure you do some research.

Wow, that's almost as rare as finding a $26 bill!! ((Some crooks made some counterfeit 26's once, so it was probable [at one point at least] to find one. ^_^))

Don't have any pics at the moment, but i have a Mexican Fender Strat in gunmetal blue, a first act les paul in sunburst, a Cort Acoustic, and a ESP F-254 bass. I run my guitars through a Behringer 30w amp with a Digitech dist. pedal, and the bass through a Tech 21 180w amp. I'll get pics later.

So do I, lol, but they were my first guitar and amp so they have some sentimental value.

I'm saving up for an ESP Kirk Hammet model and maybe a marshall combo amp.

EDIT: As a sidenote, I also play drums, but not enough to say I'm a drummer. I don't have enough room in my house for a drum set, so I use the school's kit when possible, and go over my friends to jam out.

One of my friends I practice with often has a Taylor T5 (about $2000), an ESP solid mahogany electric (about $2000), a Marshal 50w combo (about $500) and a bunch of other effects and other stuff.

Note: the red and black pedal is a bass distortion pedal. Makes it sound like... the intro to Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace.

btw Haylo_stealer.... nice avatar, lmfao.

I hate those Ibanez pedals. They don't even sound good. For my effects I have a Korg Ampworks effects box, a Digitech overdrive pedal and an ElecroHarmonix Big Muff ( I want an ExlectroHarmonix, Small Clone or an ElectroHarmonix English Muffin' but I don't have the money). BTW Drac I love the color of that strat. Mine is midnight wine. I was gonna get the arctic white one but in person it was kinda ugly.
