I really like pivot sick figure animator for making animations even the really good amateur animators use i this for making flash animations, its frame by frame but the whole layout makes it so easy and fast to make gifs

I used it to make this diagram the con is that all the parts must be made from sticks and circles that have pivoting or fixed nodes.


just google it , its a free program a lot of places provide it
i belive the lastest edition is 2.25
