CO2 fitting

Can anyone tell me where I can get the fitting for a bulk co2 tank? I dont want to buy the whole fill station that is on ebay but ive seen people build them.

they come on some bulk regulators, i think i have one laying around, but i havent seen it since i made my co2 setup
