Burnouts...

What's the RPM or HP to do a burnout? Is there a kind of tire you need to do a burnout? Is it possible to do a burnout on my minibike or go-kart?

Em no saladtosser that's not true. At all really.
If you look up the term "burnout", you get
"1) Smoking the tires of one's car; either to heat up the tires for added stickiness, or to impress the MILFs at the DQ in your swanky suburb."
To smoke your tires in a rear wheel drive car, if you have enough power you can just go to a fairly smooth parking lot and smash the gas and you will lose traction and sit there spinning smoking till you let off the gas. Not many (newer) RWD cars have front only brakes, but if you have one or somehow disable your rear brakes you can hold the brake as you hit the gas so you don't go anywhere.
With front wheel drive, the same appllies. If you have any type of traction control on your car (FWD or RWD), turn it off. You can try setting the parking brake to help you as well, since typically it brakes only the back tires. However they probally won't help you much.
If you happen to have an All Wheel Drive car, just forget about it.
If you don't have enough power to do this on dry pavement, you can try on wet or otherwise slick ground. However chances of making smoke on wet pavement are much lower, but it can be done.
Have fun, try not to wreck your car, and don't wreck a good set of tires. Your old worn crap tires will work best. Also your wheels will probally get dirty, as long as your wheelwells so you may want to find some spray at an autoparts store for burnouts (call burnout guard or something) that helps the rubber comming off your tires not stick to your wheels/car.

Front only brakes is called Power Brakeing, use bleach and water on your back tires, thats what they use at the drag strip, makes nice white smoke, heats tires up very fast as not to waste a lot of rubber. I have burnt tires rite off the rims with the 1970 Chevelle i had. It was fun, but it damages the wheel cylinders, burns up the brake shoes and drums, and G 70ndy tires aint cheep!!!
You can all so put whats called a line lock on your car, it goes in your front brake line so when you step on the brakes you set the lock (ball valve) and then let off, the front brakes remain locked on and the back wheels spin free, that way you don't tear up your car, ask tow truck oparater they use line locks, or any drag racer will know what a line lock is.
Heck i think you can by them from summit raceing, paw, jegs, bet you can find them on ebay even.

D-Roc , yes it is possible to do a burn out in a mini bike or go-kart, are you driving a manual or automatic transmission?

Thats rite, this is about a cart or mini bike. What kind of cart is it? Does it have a front brake? Alex made a good point, you probley will burn up a centrifical clutch that way, unless you can lighten the weight off the back wheels/wheel.

Its no impossibel to do burnouts in a all wheel drive car.MY uncle owns a WRX with fron mount cooler and runs about 17 psi boost and can get his tires to smoke easily it sits on the spot for a while n smokes up then it slowly gains traction and momentom and then its over.But the tires used are cheapo's besides who does burn outs in a new set of semi-slicks?

When i do burnouts in my truck its a feel good thing, but no positraction, so it does the one wheel wonder, unless on wet pavement.

Hold the brake, smash the gas down, thats all to it. If it stick, hit the brakes and clutch hit the gas and let the clutch out around 3000RPM

Dumping the clutch = when your holding the clutch on the floorboard, rev up the engine slide your foot off the clutch and let it fly up on it's own! Make sure you pull your leg back quick, the pedal is unforgiving to the chin bone, thats experiance talking!!!
