now as far as nitrates are concerned plenty of ppl here have them in large quantities - they are used as fertilizer
Prior to the Oklahoma City bombing, I purchased 1,500 lbs of ammonium nitrate every year for my lawn. I've never purchased since the bombing because it could bring to much trouble my way.
