That is the worst video site Ive ever seen. I didnt get to see the car cause the interface kept trying to reload the video everytime I clicked something. Is it on youtube also?

That thing needs some rubber feet or something for traction as those legs just slip n slide all over the place.Legs powerd hydraulicly or mechanical you think?

looks like they are attached to a rotating shaft, and they can't have too much traction or else they can't turn

Yep they're levers being worked from a spinning shaft, you can see it clearly in the side view.
Hydraulics or pneumatics with all those legs would be hell
Nifty lil thing, definitely get you attention if you took it down the street

I don't think it really is any better than wheels though because the legs don't conform to rougher terrain.

I bet he used tractor engines cause its really loud and he stops when he changes gears, that shaft is a nice design
