How does a QEV compare in performance to a 3/4" modded watermaster?

The 3/4" watermaster would open a tiny bit slower and is also a little on the chunky side and it's not designed for air pressure. The 3/4" QEV would open faster and is a lot slimmer depending on what brand you get and it is specifically designed to hold back pressure and release it into pneumatic cylinders. Get a QEV if you have never gotten one before. Fastenal is the cheapest place in the US and their QEVs are listed under "Exhaust Valves" on their website.

This gun has a very nice sort of in the woodsy look. The job you did on the stock was great, and the blowgun built into it is a great touch. It's also very clean...

The chamber was silver soldered together and everything else is built of threaded and compression fittings. I didn't solder it.... my dad did because I hadn't ever silver soldered anything before and I didn't want to screw up $20 worth of copper by making a mistake.

The stock is from a toy gun stock made out of pine I believe. The dart is a bunch of cotton string taped on with electrical tape to a nail. As of late, I have added a padded front hand grip which is a towel wrapped around the chamber and then electrical taped around the towel. This addition makes the gun a little more comfortable to hold.
