You can go ahead and add me to that list of copper gun wanters. I desperatly need to find a good pump. Whether it be a compressor or shock pump. Might be goin to scrap yard soon and im gunna look for a fridge compressor. Very nice gun. Ill add a copper gun and the piston to my list of things to conquer.

Youre happy with 300psi for now, but believe me, before long you will want more ;) i can only recommend getting a fridge compressor and going for the 500+psi, now THATS a rush firing. literally 8) I'll probably be cooking up a 1" gun to be fired at 500psi if the contest everybody is talking about beomes a reality :D
Proud and happy owner of a fridge compressor :D

haha thanks for the replies guys.

As for filling/loading it in the house, i will not do that anymore, thank you for running me through that..... im also adding a saftey to the thing. it needs it. not only a BV saftey but some kind of mechanical saftey. a hit with this thing would be BRUTAL.

and damage pics will be taken/posted tonight. I need some stuff to make rubble out of

my shock pump can go to 500 psi with ease (i would presume, its 1/2 inch bore). problem is my guagge only goes to 300. i have one coming in the mail that goes to 600 though, not only for my shock pump but for in the likely event i get a fridge compressor :)

Its kinda funny, I was thinking about how much I want a copper gun yesturday. Today, while playing a war game with some of the neighborhood kids, I found a mini fridge that someone was throwing out. I immediatly ripped out the compressor, or what I think was it :D But I haven't started it up or anything yet... But I'm hoping :D

yea.... after i did that i was all sticky and covered in bannana guts.

penetration will come soon. it got too late after that last shot to actually fire the thing off legally............ after 9:00 here any loud noises could result in a cop call....... and cops dont like airguns with the same muzzle energy as their handguns.........

I will post that video in slomo.... its spectacular.......

Whew, you were precariously close to the edge of what looks like a homemade sandwiched plywood platform. Probably wasn't the safest shot of the year...result was impressive however.

They'll probably bust the polycarbonate... And when they get done with you PETA will show up... and get a big fine and... 8)

actually, its an old rotting peice of wood. i have shot clean through it with this gun before....... so........ its actually QUITE safe. that and the cannon is.... like..... 4 feet long.

that and the camera was a good 20 feet away. it was just zoomed in.

as for penetration, im waiting for my bloody Mcmaster order to come in with the 0-600 psi guage so i can get my lead slug moving at speeds i want :D. it was "out for delivery" at 2:45 thismorning and it still hasnt arived at 4:00 in the afternoon.......
