yep - remember, if its made to contain liquid co2, it means it can take at least 800 psi ;)

Ah wow...Thats crazy. Only problem is, is those bottles are damn expensive to buy alone....and the kits for soda stream cost like 160 bucks so I'm gonna have to look for a diff alternative :( thanks alot for the help though guys.

what about using a used threaded 16 gram CO2 cartridge?

It's cheap and readily available, you could drill out the head for better flow, it's about the right size to be easily taken to 300-400 psi with a shock pump and provide enough air for a high velocity 1/4" calibre piston gun.

Yeah I think that might be a bit too small for what I need. I wanna make a marble blaster which uses a 15mm barrel and I'm gonna make that about 100-120cm long.

Thanks anyway though mate.

They screw into a tire inflater for a bike. I think there are slightly larger ones available for quick inflation of flotation devices as well.

And once again simo increases his spud bux with another useless comment. Kidding man!! Yeah, i use the 16g cartridges because i cycle and they just fit into a valve you can buy from bike shops. Also look on the How-to forum and they have another setup for it. Its under co2 setup i think.
Heres the link: http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/co2-setup-t609.html

That didnt work as planned! How do you make a link??

Ok, it works, sorry!! Im a genius...Not!
