not bad but your GGDT is set to chamber seal, you tank is 100cm dead volume looks really high and initial position is 20cm that mean you ammo start 20cm down the barrel

also the oring in the piston looks like is to deep and it wouldn't make a seal, maybe its just the pic.
what pressure you planing on running it at when you get your fridge compressor?

I cringe at your pilot volume, have you thought of putting a small spring behind the piston and eliminating the tee with the schrader in it, and instead putting the schrader at the end of the chamber? Good effort otherwise

On a somewhat unrelated note, a search for the word "vavle" turns up 7 pages of results, way to go spudfiles!

Yeah, opps my bad....
sorta rushed the GGDT...

Also, the O-ring is j-u-s-t touching the nipple housing.
barely though.....

Ahh, if i get my fridge compressor, i would have to change the bumper
and would be running around 250-300 psig

hahahahaha, i knew someone would tell me off about that
pilot volume..

i've tried that with my first one and the spring seemed to take a real nasty beating.... after a couple reasonably high pressure shots (160psig)
i'll try it with this one... and see how it turns out.

Does the o ring even stay in the piston cylinder when the valve is closed? To me the o ring looks to be way too close to the sealing face. With the o ring at the other end of the piston, the piston can reach cross the gap and still seal when the valve is closed.

In this picture is a piston with a sealing face on one end and the o ring on the other end. This leaves the o ring seal in place in the pilot when the valve is closed.

thats soo good also does that seam down the barrel affect the projectile? such as loss of power or bad accuracy?

Seam isn't that big inside the barrel, It's barely even there.
Bad accuracy? you kidding? who needs accuracy when your shooting inside a garage.

Power loss? umm..... no idea if it loses power because of the seam,
When i muzzle load the projectile, it seems fine, (not to snug).

As you have a fast high-flow valve as a pilot, it's not really such a big deal, and the results speak for themselves. Must be bloody loud though!

All-metal construction is crying out for higher pressures though, any plans for obtaining a fridge pump

Yeah it is, ear muffs are a MUST or else. You can say bye byeee to your hearing.

I'll be making a HP pump with my friend, or fridge after our Mid-year exams.
