I've owned my business 15 years and can tell you there are and always will be unsatisfiable customers, that is just a sad reality of doing business. That guy you linked to has well over 100 negative feedback ratings per any given 30 day period.

That my fellow Spudfiliers is a unhappy customer rating. But hey, if you can't find one anywhere else...
