It's finally been finished, i replaced the solenoid temporarily with a blowgun until i attach a QEV.
Video of Awesomeness

Edit: Oh, i should include some specs shouldn't i...

Specs:
70cm x 75mm 16 bar barrel
50cm x 110mm 10 bar chamber
1.5" heavily modified sprinkler valve
Temporary blowgun as pilot until i fix in a QEV (would someone help me with that please?)
Shoots tennis ball 120m on 60psi

Anyway, now for some pictures...

And yes, i know the last picture looks like i grogged in the hole where the solenoid was, but thats just my epoxy.

Thanks guys..

Yeah, it weighs alot for what it is, about 10 or 11 pounds, but you get used to the weight of it.
The tennis ball are an absolute perfect fit, as in push down with a stick using about 4 or 5 pounds of force, so theyre a really tight fit.
I got the 1.5" sprinkler valve from HERE. It comes in 3 different sizes, 1", 1.5" and 2", i was going to order the 2" valve, but id thought that would be overkill for what i want here.[/url]

I wish :D
My compressor only goes to 70psi on a good day and will fill the chamber very quickly, i also have one of those 12v tyre compressors, but i already tried it and it takes forever to fill the chamber up.

can't argue with big launchers :) I really like the grey of European PVC compared to the white stuff available in the US.

Dont get schedule 40 or 80 over here in the Uk, its all either crappy waste pipe, or high pressure pipe.
Its going to be retro colours, like swirly greens and blues and stuff like that, or just plain black.lol

Great job MaxuS. I just got a hold of a 2" Irritrol valve for $50. Once that gets delivered I'll mod and build a gun similar to yours.

Any damage shots? I'm curious what a tennis ball can do.

OOh cooool, i wish that i could get stuff dirt cheap like that over here, the same valve in the uk costs around £80 ($160), its bloody ridiculous.

I dont have any damage pictures as of yet, but i'll take some tomorrow or monday, i had a few blasts at some 1" thick plyboard today and the tennis ball broke it in half at 10ft at 100psi.

Good luck with your beast :D
