hey guys, I got bored today so I decided to make a quick Panzerschrek. It will be used in airsoft per two man team. It uses my Burst Disk Cartridge design. They simply load into the back. I will get a video up as soon as possible.

So without further-ado.. here are the pics:

Alright guys two new videos:

The first video there, the white thing that doesn't travel far out of the barrel is Kleenex.. I use it as wadding to increase the power on the BB shower. The actual BB's travel a lot further.

Very cool. You're putting your cartridge design to pretty diverse use.

Do you have a production line assembly method for those cartridges?

Yes I can make shells really quickly...

The shield isnt dangerous.. the corners are rounded a little bit even though you cant really see it in the pics.

I really love my Cartridge design because it makes it very easy to make different types of launchers quickly.

I like it! I may have to start making some of those burst disc cartridges, they seem to be very useful.

Same here....... Although i think i can actually improve on your design slightly.......... Slightly being the key word........

speaking of which, do you still use the CO2 tire filler on the back of your cartriges?

time to go pick up contractor packs of 1.25 inch endcaps and couplings!!!!!

if he still uses the method for firing in which the CO2 bulb must be pushed onto the schrader to be fired, this firing method can be revised.

it requires a CO2 setup, but it would make it easier.

basically, instead of having the schrader, leave a hole in the back. then, at the rear of your "barrel", have a rubber gasket that will press against the back of the shell, and therefore make a relatively airtight seal that you can then "burst" air through, with a 2 Ballvalve setup or something. (open and close one to load, open and close the other to fire)

to "shove" the shell into the back, a modified bushing inside the 2inch would simply have to be pulled back and twisted into place. Ill draw it up and post it......

What the crap why didn't I think of that?! I was actually thinking of ways I could connect the back of one of those carts to a airsorce I even have the coupler and endcap.
