That is jaw droppingly large. What's the legal status with you. This won't attract unwanted attention from neighbours?
What do you use for ammo for something this large!
With a piston like that (of that size) when it moves backwards, would it not droop in the time it takes to get into its "housing" pipe.
E.g. say the piston is in 60mm pipe, when it is actuated and moving between the barrel and 60mm pipe inside the tee, because the back disc is thin, does it droop and knock the60mm pipe as it's moving back?

Let's say he's above the law...
Ammo is portrayed at the first picture... .A little loose fit though.
60 mm?? Try 140mm i.d.
The backplate is 10 mm thick aluminium, the middle is just to keep it straight.
Your sig suggests otherwise...I love you more than my family.
And unfortunately, my brother won't be signing up..He insists on never leaving a trace...
Nah, he's not an internet kinda guy.He loves to hear about your comments though.

If it's PN16 PVC, means it's rated to 16 bars or 240 psi....we can expect 200 psi shot ^^ that is going to do some serious damage !!!! kinda reminds me of http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/joels-m ... -t142.html

Air Holland? So that Amsterdam crash wasn't an accident after all? Of will you be using it to start up your own airline, where passengers are actually launched towards their destinations
I was gazing at the picture of the cannon and suddenly realized that the blue item in the background was a couch... And that piston looks like a dumbell from my gym... 8)
Is he going to mount that baby somehow?...yes...?..?

On a kids tricycle perhaps...
I will not comment on the plane thing...
I might have to ask them to leave it in the field for a couple of days after they're finished, while I organise a European spudmeet....
about the pressure:
He plans to do just 3 bar shots...but I just know he's gradually building up towards 12..

Wow,thats a big bore and a big chamber!
12 bar out of this thing will be insane.I've recently come out of hiding and this is reminds me of why I love spudguns.
I cannot wait to see the finished product.
