I got some problems to fill up my 1.3L chamber to about 250psi. I bought a cheap deutch floor pump and it failed at 100psi, and now, I can´t even pump until 20psi. So I was looking for some "high pressure" pump, and I found some Suspension Shock Pump rated 400psi. It is used to fill bike air suspensions... And comes with a schrader valve...

Anyone tried this one?

*Please don´t suggest buying a Fridge Compressor - I need a portable solution. ;)

Lots of people use shock pumps for hi pressure guns... There are quality track pumps for less than $100usd that will also do up to 400psi with much fewer strokes than a shockpump... a 1.3L chamber will take forever with a shocky...Most folks with shockies have smaller chambers than you...

Agreed there, even 50mL takes a while.

You can shop around for a quality track pump but finding one officially rated to 250psi will be a little hard.

I have a small chamber (200mls) and thought a shock pump would be a good solution.

It's not. It is incredibly hard to pump quickly past 200 because you cant put all your weight on it easily, and frankly, takes ages. There is no way I'd consider it if I'd known in advance.

Save yourself the trouble and get a Joe blow ace, which goes to 260psi. I have the sport, and although I've had issues with it, they've all been fixable by me, otherwise it's a great pump.
