coaxial.piston.
Well here is my first coaxial piston gun, its made from aluminium tubing, i found in side a laser printer refill cartrigde ( the main roller, the green tube) with a 5 mm barrel (bore) 4mm,refill is via quick connect and is piloted by a blow gun.. the piston is made from a timber broom stick cut to size with a neoprene sealing face and semi-resessed o-ring ,all joints are epoxy resin

Epoxy FTW!

I always wanted to use one of those printer tubes for something. What pressure are you running at? Small calibres usually perform best in the 250 psi+ range.

Cool..
I'm designing two co-axials at the moment, one in the 400-800 psi range (.38 cal) and one in the 800-1200 psi range (.75 cal, 750+ Ft/lb!).
Is it serviceable? may be something to consider in the future.

I think you would find it more comfortable if you switched the blowguns place with the quick connect. Oveall nice gun like the shiny barrel. Hows it in the power department?
Yeah, it's that important.

what are the barrel spacers
thanx. I was a little disapointed with its performance because im limited because of my compressor to 145-150psi,itll put a shish kabab stick through a cardboard box ,but thats about it.
The epoxy i used was panal metel to hold a 1/2''x1/4'' threaded reducer inside the tube and then it had a further coat of epoxy, araldite eqivelant slow cure on the outside for a nice coating on the panel metel.
the front end cap was just plain epoxied no panal metal.
spacer looked like this=
