You could try to use a piston valve. But I would just start a new one due to the ghettoness

To make it more powerful you could add a longer barrel maybe because Im not sure about its length, make sure the breech is sealing by adding orings and finally you could rebuild the gun using a piston valve and pilot it by the solnoid valve, also if you want to make it cleaner you can paint it and replase the duct tape with hose clamps

Unless it's just the pictures... The connection between tha chamber and the valve looks really small. Smaller than one inch... If this is so... Then that would be restricting flow, lowering power...
Other than that, good first.

Holy primer spills batman!
It looks like you had a minor epilepsy attack while doing the primer/glue!
Good job for your first cannon though.,... what PSI do you shoot it at?

Good god, that literally hurt my eyes!
We need more details to advise you on how to improve power. For starters, tapping your blowgun directly into you sprinkler valve will give you better opening time. What pressure are you using? Pressure is more or less directly proportional to muzzle energy, so there's a big difference between 50 psi and 100 psi.
A pic of the whole launcher would help instead of trying to piece together the jigsaw puzzle you presented
