alright heres my idea i could only draw it up in 2d becuase drawing this in 3d was far too difficult
the legend is
blue is piston , green is bolt with oring ,purple are holes in the bolt , red is barrel and magazine housing, black is outer chamber and spring
before firing / at rest - closed breach
being fired / open breach
what do you think?

If i understand, the projectile is in the magazine, and it enter in the barrel when the piston recoil?
But the recoil is quick, so i don't think that the projectile gat the time to enter completly in the barrel, and the schema is simple but i feel that the the pressure will go in the magazine.
And the sealing between the reserve and magzine will be so difficult, you can use epoxy, but the pressure will be limited.

yea you will need a air tight mag, and the bolt is use less unless its for feeding.

I made something similar a while
ago, although It stopped the marbles from rolling down into the breech when the bolt moved back.
As Crna Legija said, the movement of the bolt will probably be to fast for it to cycle properly. Skip the spring and let the air from refilling do the job, that way you can choose how fast it´ll cycle.
